The NMAA is seeking a qualified contractor to rebuild the organization's website, www.lasacequias.org. The current website is in need of substantial improvements including the following:
- Modern, user-friendly, visually appealing design
- Expanded content on the subject of acequias and NMAA educational programs, with content provided by NMAA staff.
- User friendly content management system which would allow NMAA staff to handle routine updates
- Features to allow for online donations, memberships, and meeting registrations.
- Creative interfaces to present information in an engaging manner
Upon completion of the revised website, NMAA would need ongoing assistance for substantive updates and troubleshooting on an hourly basis. Request for Proposals
The NMAA is seeking a qualified contractor to provide Information Technology services for the organization. IT services would include maintenance and operation of an office server, nine employee work stations (laptops and desk monitors), and connections to a printer/copier. Services would include implementation of a reliable and simple back up system, timely software updates including malware and antivirus software, and troubleshooting procedures as needed. The IT provider would also be asked to assist with the use of online email systems and cloud data storage.
