The New Mexico Acequia Association (NMAA) works to protect water and our acequias, grow healthy food for our families and communities, and to honor our cultural heritage. As a statewide, membership based organization of parciantes, acequias, regional associations, and other supporters – we have witnessed the strength in numbers when we come together across the state in defense of our water, communities, and cultural traditions.
