Walk-Run-Ride: Honoring The Corn Mothers for Community Health!

Three miles of fun preventing diabetes & obesity. A Free Community Event for the Whole Family! Participants meet at the PARK & RIDE on Main street in Española at  9:00am and bused to the starting point at the Santa Clara Fire Station, then walk to the Hunter Arts and Agricultural Center at 11:00am–3:00pm where there will be demonstrations, classes & healthy diet education and free food samples.

Free Youth & Community Activities Include:

  • Art Making & Face Painting  
  • Basketball Tournament,
  • Tumbling Exhibition & class
  • Hip-Hop dance class
  • Musical performers
  • Stilt Walking & Circus           
  • Arts Demonstrations
  • Jazzercise Class
  • Farmers Market  
  • Skateboarding
