Infrastructure Capital Improvement Plan 2016 ICIP Training Workshop Notice
The Department of Finance & Administration/Local Government Division (DFA/LGD) invites you to participate in the Annual ICIP Training Workshops. The Training Workshops are free to the public, and will assist communities in developing their Fiscal Year 2018-2022 ICIP. The workshops will include a full day of training to include presentations from funding sources, and hands-on training for the ICIP database. Presenters from DFA include Special Services Bureau Community Development Bureau, as well as Capital Outlay Bureau, Aging & Long Term Services Department, NM Finance Authority, NM Economic Division, Indian Affairs Department, and more
This year, due to multiple requests, the ICIP Training Workshops will also include hands-on training on the ICIP database. A special presentation from the Community Development Bureau will include trainings on Legislative request for payment forms, the Notice of Obligation (NOO), and the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). The DFA Capital Outlay Bureau will provide information on the Capital Projects Monitoring System (CPMS) and Capital Outlay request process.
